The Annual General Meeting of the Inverness Polish Association will take place in St Mary's Hall in Huntly Street, Inverness on 5th December 2009 at 6.00 pm .
The Chairman's Report and Statement of Accounts will be available for members perusal.
Members are reminded to bring with them their membership cards to permit voting.
At this meeting the Chairman, Vice-chairman and certain Committee member places are available for election.
At the end of the meeting the new Committee will present plans for future activities of the Association for the coming year.
