The Highland Council has opened a book of condolences in memory of Poland President Lech Kaczynski and all those who lost their lives in the air crash on Saturday 10 April near the Russian city of Smolensk. These are available in Council Services Points as well as the Town House, Inverness, and Council HQ, Inverness.
